At Meditek Path Labs, we are committed to providing accurate and reliable diagnostic services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before booking any laboratory test or healthcare package.
Service-Based Policy
Diagnostic and pathology services are healthcare-based services. Once a sample has been collected or a test process has started, refunds cannot be issued.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds may be considered only if the payment was deducted multiple times for the same booking.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction.
- If a service cannot be provided due to technical or operational issues from our side, eligible refunds may be processed.
Non-Refundable Situations
- After sample collection or test processing has begun.
- Delay in report delivery caused by medical verification procedures.
- Incorrect patient information provided during booking.
- Change of mind after appointment confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled before sample collection. Cancellation requests after the testing process begins may not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
